The backend owns package IDs, INR amounts, coin balances, bonus treatment, taxes and entitlements. The website does not infer a coin-to-INR conversion from legacy constants.

New consultation pricing stays disabled until product and operations approve the No Timer scope, completion, interruption, fair-use and capacity rules.
